Jeff aspires to higher things and to New York. But before he can pursue his plans, he quickly needs a new school for his young daughter Sue. However, the "school agent" Sue can only help if the country bumpkin quickly transforms into a successful city slicker. What initially seems like a good start soon turns into a whirlpool of lies and vanity.
